Mexican Wedding Cakes Recipe

Servings:
makes about 42 cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 cups flour
2 Tbs. Half and Half
additional powdered sugar and cinnamon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
Stir in flour, nuts and half & half until smooth. Shape into one inch balls.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheets 15-20 minutes (until set but not brown).
Roll in powdered sugar, cool, roll in cinnamon and sugar.

Serving Suggestions:
Vary type of nut added. Roll in colored sprinkles.
