Servings:
makes about ? cookies
Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons cocoa
1 cup margarine, soft or melted
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar. Add cocoa and margarine.
Add vanilla and flour.
Mix all together and drop by teaspoon full
on each section of waffle iron.
Bake 1 minute. Waffle iron temps/cooking time may vary.
Lift the cookie off the iron with a fork.
Frost as you bake.
Optional: Leave cocoa out for non-chocolate cookies.
