Ingredients:
1 can salmon, drained
8 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup (or less) horseradish
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped onion
salt and pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and shape into ball.
Chill. May roll in fresh chopped parsley, if desired.
Serve on or with crackers.
