Ingredients:
(Step 1)
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
(Step 2)
4 cups rhubarb
1/2 cup sugar
1 package raspberry Jell-o
(Step 3)
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons butter
Directions:
1. Mix these ingredients as for cake.
Spread in a greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan.
2. Mix rhubarb, sugar and Jell-o together
and place over batter.
3. Crumble flour, sugar and butter together
and sprinkle over rhubarb.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 34-40 minutes.
