Servings:
makes one pie
Ingredients:
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (15 oz. or 2 cups) pumpkin
2 eggs
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In a large bowl,
combine all ingredients. Mix well.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F.
Continue baking 35 to 40 minutes,
or until knife
inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Cool.
Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with whipped topping or chocolate glaze
(melted chocolate chips drizzled over top)
