Pineapple Chicken

Ingredients:
1 can pineapple chunks
3 pounds chicken breast, cut up
1/3 cup oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup sugar
3/4 cider vinegar
1 green peper, sliced thin
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1 Tablespoon soy sauce

Directions:
Brown floured chicken in oil, place in roaster,
sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Take drippings and pineapple juice,
add water to make 1 1/4 cups.
Combine remaining ingredients and boil 2 minutes.
Pour over chicken, cover and bake at 350 degrees F
for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice.
