Servings:
makes 8 servings
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/8 cup sugar
1/2 cup dry powdered milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 cup liquid cooking oil (canola)
1 egg
1 to 1 1/2 cups water*
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
Directions:
Combine ingredients in mixing bowl, adding water last.
* Add only part of water, stir, add more until batter is
desired consistancy.
Batter should be thicker for waffles.
Serving Suggestions:
Add blueberries if desired.
Drop batter onto pan by teaspoonfuls to make fun shapes
like bears or mice.
