No-Fail Pie Crust Recipe

Servings:
makes two 9-inch crusts or one double crust

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 cup Crisco
dash salt
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. water

Directions:
Put flour, Crisco and salt in a mixing bowl.
Cut Crisco into 8 to 10 pieces.
Mix egg, vinegar and water in a Tupperware Quick Shake,
or whip together in a small bowl with a fork.
Pour liquid over the first mixture, and knead together.
Divide dough in half. Roll out each half on a floured surface.
