Servings:
makes about three servings
Ingredients:
3 baking potatoes
2 Tbs. olive oil
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
Scrub potatoes. Leave skins on.
Slice potatoes into 1/4 thick circles with crinkle cutter.
Put in ziploc bag with oil, pepper and salt.
Shake until well coated. Spread onto cookie sheet or pan.
Bake in single layers at 450 degrees F for 25 minutes or until brown.
Serving Suggestions:
Easily doubled to serve more people.
