Servings:
makes eight 8 oz. serving
Ingredients:
6 inch stick cinnamon
2 tsp. whole cloves
1 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 quart apple cider
3 cups strong tea
1 can frozen cranberry juice
Directions:
Combine water and sugar in 4 quart pan.
Heat and stir until dissolved.
Add spices, cider, tea and juice.
Heat through. Discard spices.
Pour into a heat resistent punch bowl.
Serve hot.
Serving Suggestions:
Perfect for autumn or winter parties.
Serve in tea cups from a kettle,
in a punch bowl and matching cups,
or ladle straight from the pan into mugs.
Garnish with lemon slices or candy canes if desired.
Also good served chilled.
