Servings:
makes about ? cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup shortening
4 1/2 cups all purpose flour (sifted)
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/3 cup eggs (about three medium)
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Mix extracts and eggs.
Combine two mixtures.
Shape into oval roll. Wrap in waxed paper.
Chill. Slice roll and bake,
or roll out as cut out cookies.
Serving Suggestions:
To make all white dough measure the egg whites.
