Servings:
makes about four servings
Ingredients:
7 ounces instant rice
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup margarine
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/2 cup water
8 ounce jar of cheese whiz
10 ounces chopped broccoli
Directions:
Cook rice. Melt margarine in a skillet with
the celery and onion until golden.
Add broccoli and rice to the mixture.
Combine all ingredients in a greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
